July Skies, depth of summer, rooftop evenings, shooting stars

I’m coming off full-on vacation mode so that will explain the radio silence.  Last night I saw two shooting stars which brings the summer total to 4. Cristina Guitian’s drawn installations

First of all, I am an avid reader of http://www.formfiftyfive.com/ and it was a FormFiftyFive post where I was introduced to Cristina Guitian. Cristina’s illustrations have grown beyond the proportions of the page and into the gallery space as murals and installations. The image below has me particularly enamored.

Even though this is just a sketch, the line work is superb. There’s so much personality, even in the way the nobs on the bones are done, great stuff Daniel!
